Robert A. Rosenquist
Robert Rosenquist concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of Family Law and Municipal Law. Born in Houston, Texas in 1971, he was licensed to practice law in 1997. Robert is also admitted to practice in the Southern District of Texas U.S. District Court.
Robert spent five years employed in the County Attorney's Office of Montgomery County, Texas handling criminal prosecution as well as representing Montgomery County in civil lawsuits both in Federal Court and State Court and advising Department heads and Commissioners Court.
As a Partner since 2001 in Darden, Fowler & Creighton, Robert currently handles cases ranging from Divorces, Child Custody, Enforcements, Adoptions, and Modification suits. Robert also currently serves as the Presiding Judge for the City of Montgomery and City of Magnolia both of which primarily hold court in the evenings.
Robert currently serves on the Board of Directors for Access Builds Children (ABC) and has previsously served as a Director in the Conroe Evening Lions Club, a Member of the Conroe Beautification Association, and on a board for the Montgomery County United Way.
