Gerald Creighton, Jr. is one of the original partners of the Darden, Fowler & Creighton law firm, now Darden, Fowler & Creighton, L.L.P., and serves as its Managing Partner. Gerald practices in the areas of general civil, business, estate planning, probate, oil and gas and real estate law. He is a native of Conroe and Montgomery County, Texas. After graduating from law school and serving as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army, Gerald returned to Conroe in 1957 to practice law and became a founding member of the firm on January 1, 1960.
In Gerald's present practice, he represents numerous businesses and individuals, many of whom have relied upon his services for almost fifty years. Gerald Creighton enjoys the highest nationally-recognized rating by his peers from Martindale-Hubble -- AV.
Gerald Creighton and wife, Janet, have two children, Janna Hoke and G. Mark Creighton, a member of this firm. He has four grandchildren. Gerald Creighton has served his community in numerous organizations, including serving as a Trustee for the Conroe Independent School District for fifteen years. His service to the Montgomery County community has been recognized by the Conroe Independent School District by naming a school in his honor. He has served in various positions with his church and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
