A member and a partner in the firm since 1985, Larry Foerster concentrates his practice in the areas of general civil and trial practice, business, municipal law, estate planning, probate, and real estate. After serving as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate in the U. S. Air Force, Larry moved to Conroe in 1978 as an Assistant District Attorney. From 1981 through 1984 he was the elected County Attorney for Montgomery County, Texas.
Today, Larry represents numerous businesses, municipalities, emergency service districts, and water utilities. Larry was honored in 1986 by the Montgomery County Bar Association as "Lawyer of the Year." He enjoys the highest nationally-recognized rating by his peers from Martindale-Hubble -- AV.
Larry and his wife, Martha have two teenage children, Emily and Daniel. In his community, Larry has served as Chairman of the Board of the Greater Conroe Chamber of Commerce, President of the Kiwanis Club of Conroe, President of the Board and Development Chairman of Covenant Christian School, Director of Montgomery County United Way Board, Secretary of the Board of Montgomery County Youth Services, and Chairman of the Board of Elders at his church.
