A member and a partner in the firm since 1985, Larry Foerster concentrates his practice in the areas of general civil and trial practice, business, municipal law, estate planning, probate, and real estate. After serving as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate in the U. S. Air Force, Larry moved to Conroe in 1978 as an Assistant District Attorney. From 1981 through 1984 he was the elected County Attorney for Montgomery County, Texas.
Today, Larry represents numerous businesses, municipalities, emergency service districts, and water utilities. Larry was honored in 1986 by the Montgomery County Bar Association as “Lawyer of the Year.” In 2009, Larry was honored by the Texas City Attorneys Association with a “Merit Certification in Municipal Law.” Over the past 20 years, he has enjoyed the highest rating for an attorney by Martindale-Hubble—“AV.”
Larry and his wife, Martha have two college-age children, Emily and Daniel. In his community, Larry has served as Chairman of the Board of the Greater Conroe Chamber of Commerce, President of the Kiwanis Club of Conroe, President of the Board and Development Chairman of Covenant Christian School, Director of Montgomery County United Way Board, Secretary of the Board of Montgomery County Youth Services, and Chairman of the Board of Elders at his church. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Downtown Conroe Revitalization Committee and as a board member of the Greater Conroe Chamber of Commerce.
